Description
A union made bucket hat cut and sewn in Newark, New Jersey — the cotton twill bucket hat. Bucket hat with adjustable elastic sweatband made from 7.5 oz. poly/cotton twill. Baseball hat closure: stretch flex fitted elastic sweatband lycra / spandex stretchfit. This is a twill bucket hat. 13 stock colors are held, so one style covers several programs without a new setup.
Decoration. Embroider the front, visor top, left side, or right side, at any stitch count up to 12,000 stitches. Heat-seal patches are available PVC-3D, embroidered, leather, printed, and woven. Heat transfer comes in 2.5" x 2.5" and 4.7" x 2.8", full color or one color.
