RealTree Hi 6 Mesh Snap USA Made / Union-Solid Color

A union flat peak hat cut and sewn in Newark, New Jersey from RealTree camouflage, built on a six-panel high crown with a breathable mesh back. It closes with a plastic strap snapback tab, so one order covers a whole team with no size breakdown to manage and nothing left over in the wrong sizes. This is a blank flat brim hat. The color treatment is solid color throughout with a matching mesh back. Eyelets are embroidered, not metal. 11 stock color combinations are held, so the same style covers several programs without a new setup and a repeat order in another color needs no new artwork.

Decoration. Embroider the front, visor top, back, back arch, left side, right side, or the Velcro strap, at any stitch count up to 12,000 stitches and beyond. Heat-seal patches are available PVC-3D, embroidered, leather, printed, and woven. Heat transfer comes in 2.5" x 2.5" and 4.7" x 2.8", full color or one color.
