Production Times: For order totals of 100,000 pieces to 250,000 pieces, 10 working days after all approvals with proof within 24 hours receipt of PO and good art.
Order Cancellation: Any cancellation to a processed order must be in writing and is subject to a $30 (Z) charge, in addition to any labor and material costs that have accrued.
