Chino Dad Cap Velcro USA Made / Union-Contrast Back

An adjustable dad hat cut and sewn in Newark, New Jersey from brushed cotton chino twill, built on a six-panel unstructured crown — the dad cap shape. It closes with a hook-and-loop Velcro strap, so one order covers a whole team with no size breakdown to manage and nothing left over in the wrong sizes. This is a contrast back baseball cap. The color treatment is contrasting back panels. Eyelets are embroidered, not metal. 45 stock color combinations are held, so the same style covers several programs without a new setup and a repeat order in another color needs no new artwork.

Decoration. Embroider the front, visor top, back, back arch, left side, right side, or the Velcro strap, at any stitch count up to 12,000 stitches and beyond. Heat-seal patches are available PVC-3D, embroidered, leather, printed, and woven. Heat transfer comes in 2.5" x 2.5" and 4.7" x 2.8", full color or one color.
