A USA made dad hat cut and sewn in Newark, New Jersey from cotton twill, built on a six-panel unstructured crown — the dad cap shape with a breathable mesh back. It closes with a plastic strap snapback tab, so one order covers a whole team with no size breakdown to manage and nothing left over in the wrong sizes. This is a mesh back dad hat. The color treatment is a contrasting mesh back. Eyelets are embroidered, not metal. 44 stock color combinations are held, so the same style covers several programs without a new setup and a repeat order in another color needs no new artwork.
