Description
An american made skater cap cut and sewn in Newark, New Jersey from cotton twill, built on a five-panel low crown with a breathable mesh back. It closes with a plastic strap snapback tab, so one order covers a whole team with no size breakdown to manage and nothing left over in the wrong sizes. This is a mesh back skate hat. The color treatment is a contrasting mesh back. 64 stock color combinations are held, so the same style covers several programs without a new setup and a repeat order in another color needs no new artwork.
Decoration. Embroider the front, visor top, back, back arch, left side, right side, or the Velcro strap, at any stitch count up to 12,000 stitches and beyond. Heat-seal patches are available PVC-3D, embroidered, leather, printed, and woven. Heat transfer comes in 2.5" x 2.5" and 4.7" x 2.8", full color or one color.
Finishing. 6 stitches on visor, 8 stitches on visor, back opening flag label, distressed visor rips, four sided label sew, printed seam tape, sew down customer-supplied patch, and two sided label sew.
