Twill Prostyle Self Strap USA Made / Union-Contrast Sandwich

A union buckle strap cap cut and sewn in Newark, New Jersey from cotton twill, built on a six-panel structured crown, the shape we call prostyle. It closes with a fabric strap with buckle and grommet, so one order covers a whole team with no size breakdown to manage and nothing left over in the wrong sizes. This is a sandwich visor baseball cap. The color treatment is a contrasting sandwich visor only. Eyelets are embroidered, not metal. 42 stock color combinations are held, so the same style covers several programs without a new setup and a repeat order in another color needs no new artwork.

Decoration. Embroider the front, visor top, back, back arch, left side, right side, or the Velcro strap, at any stitch count up to 12,000 stitches and beyond. Heat-seal patches are available PVC-3D, embroidered, leather, printed, and woven. Heat transfer comes in 2.5" x 2.5" and 4.7" x 2.8", full color or one color.
