An american made dad cap cut and sewn in Newark, New Jersey from brushed cotton chino twill, built on a six-panel unstructured crown — the dad cap shape. It closes with a brown leather strap with buckle and grommet, so one order covers a whole team with no size breakdown to manage and nothing left over in the wrong sizes. This is an embroidered hat. The color treatment is a contrasting sandwich visor only. Eyelets are embroidered, not metal. 41 stock color combinations are held, so the same style covers several programs without a new setup and a repeat order in another color needs no new artwork.
